Guild Rules

All members, including the guild master and councilors, are expected to abide by these rules. If you are having problems with another member who is violating these policies and you don’t think you can resolve the issue on your own, contact the guild master or any one of the councilors as soon as possible.

•  We will not tolerate any discrimination based upon basis of race, color, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, religion, disability, age, veteran status, ancestry, or national or ethnic origin. While a healthy rivalry between in-game factions and races is acceptable, we require civil and courteous behavior towards the real people behind the keyboards.

• Any profanity, badmouthing, trash talking, racial, sexist, religious, flirtatious advances towards individuals who do not want to participate or condescending verbal abuse on vent or any words written in any chat channel (i.e. Guild, General, Trade) will result in a warning. If the behavior continues this will lead to expulsion from the guild, group, and raid and/or vent immediately.

• Golden Dragon intends to be a group of players sharing common values while emphasizing friendship. Participate in the community on the website and guild chat. When you log on it is good practice to communicate with other members (For example, throw someone a “grats” message for completing an achievement).  If you are shy even a simple hello and goodbye lets us know you are an active member who acknowledges your fellow guild members.
• Members may not beg for gold or items directly or in chat channels.
• Spamming is not allowed.
• Members may ask for help or seek members for groups in guild chat or voice chat, but such solicitation should be done judiciously. Simply put, please don’t beg others for power leveling or run-throughs.
• Your actions and words reflect upon our guild. Treat others with respect. Should they not deserve your respect, simply ignore them.
• Let others form their own opinions by the way you play, not what you say.
• Don't lower yourself to others levels. If they are antagonizing you or acting immaturely, do not reciprocate such behavior.
• Act with honor while you carry the Golden Dragon guild name. This includes public forums outside the game.
• Members may not harass other guild members or players outside of the guild. If a player asks you to cease contacting or interacting with them, respect their wishes.
• Do not charge crafting or enchanting fees to guild members. (The recipient should, however, provide or pay for materials required.)
• All members must abide by Blizzard’s EULA for World of Warcraft.
• All members shall be held responsible for their respective accounts and characters action within the guild. If your friend or family member logs onto your account and stirs up trouble you will be held responsible as though you did it yourself.
• If you wish to start a raid or group, please have the knowledge and understanding of what is needed to be an effective raid or party leader. This means understanding: loot rules, how to give loot out in a raid, organize groups, and recruit decent PUGs.
•  Come prepared when running an instance or raid. Please repair your armor and purchase any reagents that you will need for buffs or spells before entering the instance or raid. This will save time and make things run a bit more smoothly.
•  Check the in-game and website calendar often for scheduled raids and other events. This is the location where you can sign up and reserve a spot for a particular raid or event.
• Be a great representative of the Guild. Show some class when grouped up with others players from different guilds. Being a good player can help promote our guild name and will most likely get you invited back to the raid or party in the future.
•  Don't be a damn NOOB! This means know your class and what types of gear you need. Don't act like a kid, be mature. If you have any questions, please ask one of the Leaders or Officers of the guild. We are more than glad to help provide information or insight for most questions
•  We do not ninja log it makes you and the guild look bad.  Our Guild reputation is very important.

I have learned from just one brief encounter that this little Gnomie is on a mission...

Konstinten... is quickly on his trail to king to the 80 level... believe it would happen except Snowboarding with females is much higher on the priority list...so many choices to make ...so little time to make them
